I can’t really see where the need might be for a gasoline scooter; perhaps if you didn’t have access to a power supply? Or if you didn’t have the time to wait for a charge to go through or you needed it for great lengths of time which would inhibit the charging sessions.

If you’re looking for extremely cheap gas powered scooters, you could do a search online. But for the cheapest type of scooter you may find yourself best located near a funeral home and just trying to strike up a deal with a deceased families; they may just wish to put the whole event past them and may be willing to give you the scooter for next to nothing.
