What are eletronics? Eletronics are similar to electronics, but spelled somewhat differently. They are not be confused with electrical products from the company Eletra. Eletronics function mostly like electronics – they are electrical devices that provide us with thousands of hours of entertainment. If not for modern electronic technology there would be no such thing as forensic work television drama, or Super Mario Brothers in 3-D, or great albums like William Hung's “Inspiration.” You're convinced! Now where can you find cheap electronics?
Eletronics/Electronics Searching local electronic stores might not find you the best price. Stores sell electronic products at the suggested retail price or higher just to make a monthly profit. Online stores can offer you some savings beyond the electronic stores; however, major online sellers like Amazon, Shopping.com or Shopzilla can only save you a couple of dollars off the full retail price. For discount electronics, the best places to shop are auction sites like Ebay, or even used electronics stores like Tiger Direct, Refurb Depot, PC Exchange, and PC Surplus Online. There are also stores that sell electronics at a discounted price with special conditions, such as Half Mania. Otherwise, you will have to buy electronics new from an online store or from a wholesaler. Some popular wholesale stores include Factory Outlet, Go Wholesale, Simplx, WeisD, and China Invasion. Another handy resource is PriceGrabber.com, which allows you to search for the lowest price by comparing 12 different online retailers, including big retail companies like Wal-Mart and Circuit City. Eletronics/Electronics Reviews Where can you find electronic reviews? You can find reviews of all the latest electric toys, like cell phones, video game systems, VOIP phones, computers, cameras, televisions, stereos, DVD players, DVD software, MP3 Players, I-Pods on the Internet. Oh wait, but you knew that! What are some helpful links to read reviews of the latest electronics? For computers and accessories try PCMag.com and Reviews.cnet.com. You can also find more general reviews at ConsumerReports.org, Ecoustics.com, and Epinions.com. For instance, Epinions devotes an entire section to electronics. Click on video games and all the major consoles come up from Nintendo to Sony PlayStation to Xbox. There is also a section for classic platform consoles and games like Game Boy, Sega Genesis and more. This is an excellent resource for buying old games (as it has a comparative price search feature) and for reading reviews of games you're thinking of buying at the half price store. Now go enjoy your eletronics -- er, electronics. |
